Marc Duale Marc Duale was appointed President of Iron Mountain International in September 2008, after overseeing Iron Mountain’s business in Europe for two years. A French native, Marc joined Iron Mountain in May 2006, with more than 25 years of international leadership experience. Prior to Iron Mountain, Marc was the managing director of Reuter's Asia Pacific operations. Before that, he served as COO of DHL Worldwide Express' Asia-Pacific and Middle East business, with responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries. He was previously director of DHL's business in Western Europe and North Africa. Marc Duale also brings operational experience in high-volume, service-based businesses. At American Express, Marc served in many capacities – in both New York and Paris – including Vice President of strategic planning, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and General Manager for Corporate Cards and Travel Services. He also spent several years as a business management consultant and was a project manager for The Boston Consulting Group. Marc’s academic achievements include a degree in engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

Anne Best Anne joined Iron Mountain as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe in December 2006. She was promoted to her current position of Senior Vice President for Iron Mountain International in November 2009. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Anne was with Exel plc. for over 10 years, where she held a number of senior HR roles, including HR Director-Consumer Europe, HR Director-Technology & Global Freight Management EMEA and HR Director-Global Functions. In this last role, she worked on the integration of Exel to become part of DHL following the acquisition of Exel by Deutsche Post World Net. Anne’s early career was with C&J Clark where she moved from retail into HR. She then held HR roles with Diageo and Scottish & Newcastle before joining Exel in 1995. Anne has a BA in History from Kings College London and an MA in Managing Human Resources from Kingston University Business School. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and Member of the IOD. Anne has lived in Zambia, Sweden and India. Her interests include travelling, running, keeping fit and cooking. |

Rod Day Rod joined Iron Mountain in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of Iron Mountain Europe. In November 2009, he was promoted to the role of Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Iron Mountain International. His past experience includes senior finance positions at AOL including Director of Financial Control and Planning, VP Finance and Strategy and most latterly CFO for Europe. Prior to AOL, Rod held senior roles at Kingfisher plc., including Director of Strategy and Planning for the General Merchandise Division as well as being Group Strategy Manager. In his early career, Rod qualified as an Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell before moving into consultancy. Rod has a First Class Degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Business School. |

Patrick Keddy Patrick Keddy took up the position of Senior Vice President, Western Europe, at Iron Mountain in November 2011. He is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and the profitability of the company’s mature European markets. Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the position. He has a strong track record of leading international and European businesses, improving their performance through stronger integration, strategic investments and optimisation. Patrick worked at British Gas for 13 years and then moved to Pitney Bowes for a further 22 years, where he held positions including VP for Europe and President of PB International. In this latter role, he ran an autonomous $1.2 billion revenue business unit with, at its peak, 8,000 employees across 28 countries. Patrick holds a BSc in Administrative Science from the University of Aston in Birmingham and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys travel, history, cars and listening to all kinds of music from classical to classic rock. He likes to watch a variety of sports and enjoys keeping fit, skiing and playing golf. |

Greg Lever Greg has been with the company for over 20 years, serving in various Australian management positions before taking his current national role. Greg has a high focus on customer service and is responsible for significant operational change whilst creatively pursuing new growth opportunities across all product lines. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailored records management solutions for finance, government and health sectors. He has a long-standing interest in best practice operations, practical logistics and individual performance management; whether in the client business or within Iron Mountain processes. Greg continues to actively shape and position Iron Mountain Australia as it grows through partnership and innovation with existing and new clients, strategic acquisitions and via organic growth. Greg is an ISO 9002 Quality Auditor, professional member of the RMAA, and a qualified accountant. |

Edward D. (Ted) Prittie Ted has over 18 years of records management experience, starting with the founding of Docu Guard, a central European joint venture with Iron Mountain that was acquired by the company in 2004. After the acquisition, Ted joined the executive leadership of Iron Mountain Europe in the position of SVP in charge of acquisitions, new market development and joint-ventures and was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Continental Europe in August 2007. In November of 2011, Ted assumed the management of the Emerging markets countries and the global Joint-ventures. Prior to his career in records management, Ted was involved in several successful entrepreneurial activities in Central Europe. Having owned and managed a start-up business and a JV with Iron Mountain, Ted is considerably well placed to assist Iron Mountain International with its emerging-market development. |

Peter Meierhold Peter Meierhold was asked to lead Iron Mountain’s Latin American operations in early 2011. He was responsible for the successful turnaround of the company’s Brazilian business, and is now driving the expansion of Iron Mountain’s presence and service portfolio in Latin America. A polyglot with experience across Europe and Latin America, Peter was a Vice President at SAP prior to joining Iron Mountain. He managed a variety of special projects for SAP, ranging from M&As, restructuring and compensation schemes to go-to-market strategies. He built and managed a specialised pre-sales organisation for SAP in Europe and developed a consultancy team for SAP’s markets in the Mediterranean. Peter began his career at NCR, where he was Sales Executive for Latin America. From there, he moved to Accenture in Europe to take up the position of Management Consultant. Peter holds Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Technologico de Buenos Aires, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work Peter enjoys motorcycling, spending time with his family and cooking traditional Argentine asado. |

Paul Doody Paul joined Iron Mountain in June of 2010 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe. Prior to this, Paul’s career includes over 12 years with Reuters, where he held senior roles including Global Head of Marketing, Sales and Trading Division; Global Head of Sales and Trading Products and Director, Markets Specialist Sales EMEA. Most recently he was Director, International Sales & Marketing for ERI Bancaire SA, a software provider of an integrated front to back core banking solution. Paul has an MBA from Duke University, plus Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Lehigh University. |

Ramachandran Sekaran Ramachandran joined Iron Mountain in 2000 and has held a number of senior IT leadership positions within the company over the past 12 years. During this time he has managed the implementation of large enterprise solutions and implemented many strategic initiatives focused on IT cost-optimisation and the delivery of technology-enabling solutions. In his new role as VP Technology Solutions, Ramachandran is responsible for the overall IT strategy, planning, execution and support across Europe and Australia, with primary focus on the development and delivery of Document Management Solutions to Iron Mountain’s European and Australian customers. Ramachandran has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, he worked both as a consultant and held a range of in a number of large organisations, including Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, The Ministry of Health and the Center for GIS in Qatar. He brings broad international experience to his new role, having worked in India, Qatar and USA. Ramachandran Sekaran holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, Chennai, India and a Master’s degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Hartford-CT, USA. |
